Bio
Jim McMahon is a 24-year-old Actor based in New York. He received his BFA in Acting at Syracuse University in 2024. Jim is a witty, goofy, and friendly guy with wonderful comedic and dramatic acting instincts. He is detail-oriented, collaborative, and creative.
Recent projects
In addition to co-running his department's improv comedy group, Galactic Chug, in 2023/2024, recent projects include: If We Really Were Witches at Tank NYC, and Valley Shakespeare Festival's As You Like It and Much Ado About Nothing.
Jim has also been writing and developing his own projects, including a short film and an anthology of short plays, with goals to produce them in NYC. He has also begun Improv classes at the Brooklyn Comedy Collective.
